Elsebeth Green, LCSW, RPT-S, Associate Director - Clinical Therapist
With a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work, Elsebeth has worked with children and families for the last 12 years and specializes in relationships and attachment. After 5 years at the Division of Child and Family Services as a family preservation worker and a supervisor, Elsebeth went to work for Youth and Family Centered Services as their Family Services Supervisor. From there she was invited to join the training team at the Utah Foster Care Foundation where she trained foster and adoptive families for the Western Region for four years. While doing that she completed her Masters of Social Work at BYU and went to work for the Family Support and Treatment Center. Finally, in 2004, along with her husband, Guerry, and partner, Collette, she opened the Green House Center for Growth and Learning. She sees children, families and couples who are working to strengthen their attachment style and grow in their ability to make and keep relationships. With contracts with DCFS and Medicaid, about half of the cases seen at the center come from the arena of foster care and adoption. Elsebeth enjoys using traditional therapy as well as art therapy, play therapy and sand tray techniques in her work. Elsebeth and Guerry have 6 children and 7 grandchildren. Her first were a set of triplets. Her son is currently serving in Iraq. Originally from Denmark, Elsebeth has lived in many areas of the United States and has called Utah home for the past 18 years. |

Collette Dawson-Loveless, Associate Director – Administration, Therapist, CSW
Collette has a Bachelor of Behavioral Sciences degree with an emphasis in Social Work from UVU and a Masters of Social Work from BYU. Collette's passion for helping individuals, families and children drove her to partner with Guerry and Elsebeth in founding The Green House Center in the fall of 2004. As Administrative Director, Collette writes and maintains contracts with the state and partner agencies. She oversees the Office Manager and quality assurance. Collette has completed her internships at The State Hospital and Wasatch Mental Health serving many adults, children, couples and families. Collette is now looking forward to continuing her therapeutic practice here at The Green House Center. Collette’s plans to pursue her interests in play therapy, EMDR, art therapy and marriage and family therapy and has been instrumental in establishing those resources here at the Green House Center. Collette is married to Jesse Loveless and has 4 children, 5 step-children and 14 combined grandchildren. Collette is the sixth of seven children in her family and is originally from Sunnyvale, California. |

E. Guerry Green, LCSW, Associate Director - Programs Therapist
With Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Social Work from BYU, Guerry specializes in the dynamics of addiction as it impacts relationships and attachments within family systems. Guerry has worked with the Division of Child and Family Services as a family preservation worker and child protection worker, and he was the Adult Clinical Director at The Gathering Place before he became co-owner of the Green House Center in fall of 2004. Guerry uses therapy techniques of EMDR, sand tray, art therapy as well as traditional talk therapy in helping clients improve their relationships. Guerry works with children in play therapy settings and is working to complete his Play Therapy Licensure. Recent EMDR training has been quite useful and he looks forward to adding Neurofeedback certification in the future as well. He is married to Elsebeth and they have 6 children, 5 grandchildren and 2 dogs. Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, Guerry is a former marine and enjoys staying in touch with old friends and classmates – 40th High School reunion is giving him nostalgic moments, rekindling old relationships. Guerry has been extensively involved with LDS Family Services Addiction Recovery Program, assisting with the writing of the Guidebook currently in use, as well as being a facilitator at ARP support groups. His (and his family’s) personal recovery from substance abuse is an important part of his skill set as a therapist. |

Rhonda Kistler, LCSW, Therapist
Originally from Bakersfield, California, Rhonda received her Bachelors
degree from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, TX, and her Masters
from The University of Denver in Colorado. Rhonda also holds an LCSW
licensure in Colorado and has worked extensively with children and families
in various capacities since 1998. Most recently, she worked in therapeutic
settings with children and adolescents in foster care and, or post-adoptive
homes. Prior to that, she worked with children and families in the child
welfare system in Colorado. Rhonda is married to Romeo Kistler who is a
Licensed Professional Counselor. They are the proud parents of Connor who is
2 years old. Here at the Green House Center, Rhonda employs traditional
therapeutic techniques along with art therapy, sand tray, play therapy and
DBT. She works with adults, adolescents and children experiencing a wide
range of relational and individual challenges and is currently working to
complete her Play Therapy Licensure. |

James Hewett, LSCW, Therapist
With a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Masters in Marriage and Family Child Counseling, James comes to us with 12 years of experience in working with adolescents in and out of residential treatment. James incorporates his talent for pottery and other creative intervention techniques with adolescents and their families here at the Green House Center. He uses traditional talk therapy and art therapy. He co-facilitates groups for adolescents of foster care and adoption. Originally from Provo, James loves Utah Valley and enjoys the wide variety of activities that the area provides. He is married to Cloe, and they are immensely proud of their two-year-old boy Spencer. |

Kimberly Martin, LMFT, Therapist
Kimberly Martin comes to us from the Netherlands where she was born. Her undergraduate work was in Occupational Therapy/Activity Guidance. She then specialized in Youth Social Work at the Hoge School Van Rotterdan. Seeking further education led her to the United States and to Brigham Young University where she earned her masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Kimberly describes the transition from Holland to the States as difficult and rewarding. Learning a new language while getting her master's was definitely challenging.
Two weeks after graduating Kimberly met her husband Rod. They are the parents of Emelia, age 3 and a new little boy who is expected in the summer.
Kimberly worked at Cirque Lodge and The Gathering Place where she gained experience with drug and alcohol recovery as well as running the women and children's programs. She then took a position at Provo Canyon School, Boys Campus working with boys in residential treatment for a year and a half.
Kimberly joined The Green House staff in the Summer of 2007. Here she specializes in working with our families, youth and children dealing with relationship and addiction issues. She runs groups, does play therapy, and especially enjoys marriage and couple work. |

Marilee Woolstenhulme, MSWI, Therapist
Currently a student at Brigham Young University, Marilee will graduate
with her masters in Social Work in April of 2009. Marilee previously
earned her bachelor's degree in Social Work during which time she
interned as a counselor in an elementary school in Pleasant Grove. It
was at this time that Marilee realized her passion for working with
children and their parents to enhance relationships and improve
quality of life. Since that time she has worked in various capacities
with children, adolescents and adults in outpatient, crisis
residential, and long term residential treatment centers in both Utah
and Idaho. She is excited now to further her education and training at
the Green House Center for Growth and Learning. Marilee is married and
together she and her husband enjoy renovating their home which was
built in 1890. Marilee also enjoys gardening, cooking, and being
outdoors. Marilee employs traditional therapy as well as sand tray,
art therapy, and play therapy techniques. |

Leslie Brown, EMDRIA, Therapist
Leslie has worked with high-risk youth in residential treatment in Portland Oregon. As a school social worker in Utah, she addressed emotional and educational needs of students and families by providing outreach and home visits, acting as a liaison for school counselors and high-risk families. As a medical social worker in the Cincinnati Ohio area she provided mental health services for low income families of Appalachian and African American decent. Through home visits, referrals and medical support, she counseled clients for issues of depression, domestic violence, sexual abuse, poor nutrition, child neglect and other problems related to poverty. Leslie is currently an EMDRIA Certified therapist treating individuals, couples, families, children and adolescents for trauma, sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, complicated grief, chronic pain and performance enhancement.
